a.Town Council Deliberation on the Final Draft of the Master Plan: Public hearings on the Draft Master Plan were held before the Planning and Zoning Commission on July 28, 2026, and the Town Council on August 4, 2026. Written comments were accepted as part of both hearings, and the consultant followed up on concerns raised during the public review process. On August 25, 2026, the Planning and Zoning Commission adopted and certified the municipal portion of the Master Plan. The public comment period is now closed. This item is reserved for Town Council deliberation on the final draft, and no additional public comment will be taken.
