Councilman Larsen moved to adopt on third reading 252 Ordinance No. 2018-02 Annexing Certain Land to the Town of Alpine and approving the annexation of the Town of Alpine and to allow Mayor Lutz to execute the Annexation Agreement between the Town of Alpine and the Alpine Meadows Property Owner’s Association; Alpine Junction LLC and the Alpine Meadows Improvement Service District and to ratify said agreement. tlayor Lutz explained that one change that had been made to the ordinance and one to the annexation agreement since the second reading and asked Sharon Backus, Clerk/Treasurer to read these changes into the record. Ms. Backus stated that the one addition to the ordinance was to add a section numbered 6 which reads: “Section 6: The annexation of the realproperty as described herein shall be subject to the Annexation Agreement executed by representatives from the Town ofAlpine, Wyoming, the homeowners assodation and the service improvement district. Ms. Backus stated that the one change from the Annexation Agreement was the most recent iteration on June 19, 2018 at 3:14 p.m. involves item numbered 7 which will now read: “7. Sewer Connection Rates per North Star Utility Agreement. The TOWN agrees to honor prepaid water and sewer hook-up fees which can be documented from prior signed agreements, rece,ts, or other information acceptable to the TOWN including the $5,000 per ERUp [continued in source]
