Councilman Justin Fritz moved to postpone indefinitely the Restaurant Liquor License Applications for La Cabana Del Tequila, LLC. Councilman Justin Fritz seconded the motion. Sharon Backus, Clerk/Treasurer stated that this item was tabled at the December 19, 2017 meeting because the Wyoming Liquor Commission had identified four deficiencies in the application for a new restaurant liquor license. The applicant, La Cabana Del Tequila, LLC was notified via certified mail that these deficiencies must be corrected by the January 16, 2018 council meeting or the applicant must begin the application process again including advertising for a new public Hearing.
